CYRA PARKES : FOUNDER

Cyra founded 930 Communications in 2006. She has worked in public relations and marketing for over twelve years, focusing on the property and planning sector since 2004.

Cyra has an in-depth understanding of the issues associated with development proposals and the ability to communicate complex planning applications to communities. She is highly effective in building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.

She has had extensive experience of devising and implementing public consultation campaigns in a variety of sectors including renewable energy, regeneration, residential, retail and education throughout the UK.

STEVE BRYSON : SENIOR CONSULTANT

Steve has more than 25 years’ experience in public relations specialising in property and, in particular, community engagement and the provision of communications support throughout the planning and construction process for major development projects. He was previously a director of specialist property PR agency Halogen, and before that he was a founding director of the top-50 PR agency, Camargue.

His experience encompasses all sectors including town and city centre regeneration, retail, residential, commercial and renewables. He has pioneered the use of opinion polling and other techniques to generate evidence of public support in otherwise hostile public consultation environments.

Steve has been a member of the CIPR since 1991 and is registered with UKPAC as a political lobbyist.

DANIELLE COOK : CONSULTANT

Danielle specialises in stakeholder research, strategy development and reporting. Having worked in property and planning PR for over seven years, she is particularly skilled at producing insightful Political & Community Reports and robust Statements of Community Consultation.

CHARMAINE CRISP : CONSULTANT

Charmaine has worked in PR and Event Management for over 11 years. She has experience in organising and attending community consultation exhibitions and stakeholder meetings for a range of property, renewable energy and retail clients.

CHRIS BENNION : PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in design and print production management, plus the provision of day-to-day support for PR campaigns.

As well as having extensive experience of print buying and production management of all communications materials, she has wide experience of the organisation and management of exhibitions and events, particularly those associated with community engagement.

COLIN COOMBER : ADMIN SUPPORT & FINANCE

Colin has many years’ experience in running business organisations. He is the ‘wise one’ keeping the finance aspects on a sound footing and admin function under control.
